City Manager James Ridge will be one of two guest speakers at the next meeting of the Mayor’s Millennial Advisory Committee. Burlington millennials and members of the public are welcome to join us.

The next meeting of the Mayor’s Millennial Advisory Committee is set for Thursday, Nov. 10 from 7:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. at Burlington City Hall, 426 Brant St.

The focus is City Hall 101, with guest speakers James Ridge, City Manager, and Danielle Pitoscia, Manager of Committee Services and Election Services. Residents of all ages, including millennials in particular, are welcome to learn more about how city hall operates and engagement opportunities for millennial-aged residents in our community.

The Mayor’s Millennial Advisory Committee was created to develop initiatives and provide input on how to keep and attract residents aged 18 to 35 in Burlington. It will also concentrate on creating opportunities to engage millennials with their community.
